We’re not just another lingerie brand. SureShape was created by a mom and daughter, Ingrid and Elena, who were tired of painful, restrictive bras. Every piece is made with soft, adaptive fabrics that move with your body, not against it - so you can feel confident, supported, and free in your own skin.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are created with care by our small family team. We partner with trusted, manufacturers who specialize in high-quality, adaptive fabrics. Every piece is inspected to meet our comfort and quality standards before it reaches you.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Fit Guarantee so you can try your SureShape items at home, stress-free. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it. Full details are available in our Returns policy.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can also check the status anytime with your order number and email on our Track Your Order page.
How do I find my order number?
After you place your order, you’ll immediately see an order summary with your order number. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the same details. If you can’t find it, just reach out to our customer service team at info@sure-shape.com and we’ll help you right away.
How do I find my size?
The right size can vary depending on the product. That’s why every product page has a clear size chart designed specifically for that item. We always recommend following the size chart for the most accurate fit. Still unsure or have questions? Just email us at info@sure-shape.com, and we’ll guide you.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so acting fast is important.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet: We can cancel it. Please note that your order will only be refunded for 80%.
If your order has already been processed or shipped: We’re unable to cancel it at that stage. In this case, you can return the item once it arrives. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Where is my order?
We ship out orders within 24 hours. You will receive a track and trace within 48 hours in your mailbox. Please allow the track and trace to update your information accordingly.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after you placed an order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please email us at info@sure-shape.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and full name.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes
