How do I find my correct size?
The right size can vary depending on the product. That’s why every product page has a clear size chart designed specifically for that item. We always recommend following the size chart for the most accurate fit. Still unsure or have questions? Just email us at info@sure-shape.com, and we’ll guide you.
What if I'm between sizes?
We usually recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for fuller busts.
What if my bra doesn’t fit perfectly?
No stress, when the item you received does not fit, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provided a detailed overview of what is wrong with the item. Pictures would help us a lot!
Do SureShape bras work for larger busts?
Yes. Our designs are tested on real D–G cups. Expect wide straps, smoothing side panels, zero digging, and support without painful underwires.
Shipping & Orders
Below are some questions about shipping and orders
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. Please allow the track and trace to update your information accordingly. You can also check the status anytime with your order number and email on our Track Your Order page.
How do I find my order number?
After you place your order, you’ll immediately see an order summary with your order number. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the same details. If you can’t find it, just reach out to our customer service team at info@sure-shape.com and we’ll help you right away.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after you placed an order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please email us at info@sure-shape.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and full name.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders - no minimum spend required.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can safely and securely checkout using PayPal, Apple Pay, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
My tracking number isn’t updating. Is that normal?
Yes, carriers sometimes take 2–4 days to scan your parcel. Your package is still on the way, and tracking will update shortly.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so acting fast is important.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet: We can cancel it. Please note that your order will only be refunded for 80%.
If your order has already been processed or shipped: We’re unable to cancel it at that stage. In this case, you can return the item once it arrives. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Processing takes 1–3 days, then shipping takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Track your order anytime using your tracking code.
What if there are issues with my delivery?
If your order is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please email us at info@sure-shape.com with your order number, and our team will investigate right away. If needed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to make sure you’re taken care of.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?
We offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee so you can try your SureShape items at home, stress-free. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days after ordering. Full details are available in our Returns policy.
How can I return my order?
Just email: info@sure-shape.com with:

✔ proof of purchase
✔ a short explanation of the issue
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Contact us and we’ll guide you through next steps.
What is your refund processing time?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days. Banks may take 1–2 billing cycles to show it on your statement.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what do I do?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
