At Lunelle, trading as SureShape, we keep shipping simple and transparent.
We know you want clear expectations and no surprises, so below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, delivery times, and tracking your order.

1. Shipping Times 

SureShape aims to process and ship all orders within 24 to 72 hours after your purchase is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

After processing, most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume periods and holidays
  • Customs procedures (for international orders)
  • Carrier delays
The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, additional delays may occur. Orders to Australia are shipped from our overseas fulfilment centers.

2. Free Shipping

SureShape offers free standard shipping on most orders.
No matter your location, you will not be charged unexpected shipping fees.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Method 

All orders at SureShape are shipped directly from our supplier. This approach helps us reduce processing times and ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible. In addition, it allows us to carry out strict quality control on every item shipped.

4. Order Processing 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at any time.

5. Tracking Your Order

With your tracking number, you can check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, this is completely normal during transfers between fulfillment centers and scanning points.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses 

If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, or if your order contains unverified details, processing may be delayed by an additional 2–4 business days.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct.

We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order has been shipped, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer able to modify the information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • the customer being unavailable during delivery
  • failure to pick up the parcel from a pickup point
  • an error in the shipping information provided

a $30 AUS reshipment & reprocessing fee applies for standard shipments. Additional charges may apply for Expedited Shipping.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their shipping and billing information before completing checkout to avoid any delays.
