By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. The agreement becomes binding once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

Lunelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

  • payment issues
  • suspected misuse or fraud 

Order Cancellations

Our fulfilment process begins immediately after checkout.
Because orders enter automated processing straight away, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

5. Pricing and payments 

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We aim to provide accurate information; however, errors may occur.
If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the choice to:

  • proceed with the order at the corrected price
  • cancel the order at no cost 

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal.

6. Shipping

Orders to Australia are shipped from our overseas fulfilment centers. Once an order has shipped, delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or busy periods. However, this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.If your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to request a cancellation or refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
